The short version
Your privacy
Last updated 1 November 2026
If you give us your email, we use it only to tell you about Pepplets. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything else. You can leave the list whenever you like.
Who we are
Pepplets is an independent game made in Australia. "We" on this page means the Pepplets team. You can reach us any time at hello@pepplets.com.
What we keep when you sign up
- Your email address.
- When you signed up.
- Your country, worked out roughly from your connection (for example "AU"). It helps us know where to launch first.
To stop spam bots, we also keep a scrambled, one-way version of your internet address for up to a day, then delete it. It can't be turned back into your address.
What we use it for
- An email when Pepplets launches on iPhone and Android.
- The occasional sneak peek before then. Not often, and never spam.
Every email will have an unsubscribe link. One tap and you're off the list.
Where it's stored
The website and the sign-up list are run on Cloudflare, a US-based company. The list itself is kept in Cloudflare's Oceania region. When we start sending emails, we'll use an email service to deliver them, and we'll name it here before we do.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use cookies, ads or tracking pixels. The page's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google sees a request from your browser when the page loads.
Your choices
- Leave the list with the link in any email, or by writing to us.
- See or delete what we hold about you: email hello@pepplets.com and we'll sort it out.
- Complaints: write to us first and we'll do our best to fix it. In Australia you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
The game itself
This page covers the website and its sign-up list. When Pepplets launches, the app will have its own privacy policy, published here, that explains what the game keeps and why.
Changes
If we change how we handle your email, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For big changes, we'll tell people on the list first.
